Backup Control Center
The Backup Control Center consists of two sections: 1) the summary panel; 2) the task panel.

Table 1: Summary Panel

Item Description
Last Backup The Last Backup section shows the status of the last backup.

Backup is completed successfully.
Backup is failed because of errors. Errors can be destination inaccessible, network connection failed, etc.
Backup is completed with files skipped. Some files could not be backed up because there may be used by other applications during the backup process. To back up the skipped files, close applications that are using those files and run backup again.
Backup is canceled by user.
Backup is not enabled.
The last backup status is unknown.

To view the details, click View Report link.

Schedule Shows the next backup time and the schedule setting. To change the schedule or disable automatic backup, click the link. Please refer to Backup Schedule window on how to set the schedule.
Backup Set Shows the size and number of files in the backup set. Click link to view or edit backup set. Please refer to Backup Set window.
Destination Shows the local backup destination and online backup account. Please refer to Backup Destination window.


Table 2: Task Panel

Item Description
Back Up Now Click the link or icon to start backing up your files in the backup set. The Backing Up window will appear.
Restore Files Click the link or icon to restore files from the local backup destination and online backup server. Please refer to Restore Files window.
View/Edit Backup Set Click the link or icon to view or edit backup set. Please refer to Backup Set window.
Change Schedule Click the link or icon to change backup schedule setting. Please refer to Backup Schedule window.
